Networks for the Future program
After several successful contracts with Telstra Digital, I was hired for this greenfield project: design and build a data-visualisation dashboard — an internal web application — that let top executives make informed decisions from the vast data sets gathered across Telstra's customer base.

Working alongside Pivotal Labs, I ran stakeholder interviews and workshops and a mature UX process to flesh out prototypes and successive versions of the tool, using components from the QlikView analytics platform.
The end result delivered significant cost savings to the organisation and improved incident response times — contributing to a more stable telecommunications infrastructure for Australia.
