Recepticon.AI is what happens when a designer builds the whole stack. It's an AI voice receptionist for businesses that can't afford to miss a call — it answers naturally, draws on each client's own knowledge base, and turns conversations into booked work. Every layer is mine: the product, the design, the code and the infrastructure it runs on.
Under the hood is a full retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline, so the receptionist answers from each client's actual services, pricing and policies rather than generic scripts — backed by a production database and per-client knowledge bases.
It runs on infrastructure I harden and operate myself: locked-down VPS deployments with SSH hardening, firewalling and least-privilege access. No low-code platform underneath — it's engineered, not assembled.
Around the calls sits the business machinery: a lead-generation dashboard where clients watch enquiries arrive in real time, and workflow automations that push captured leads into follow-ups, bookings and CRM — turning missed calls into revenue.
